Darby Allin retained the AEW World Championship in the main event against Konosuke Takeshita. After the match, MJF attacked Allin and signed a contract for a Hair vs. Title match at Double or Nothing. Kevin Knight made the save.
Will Ospreay returned to in-ring action and defeated Ace Austin. Death Riders became involved after the match.
Kevin Knight successfully defended the TNT Championship in an open challenge, turning back Brian Cage in Cage's first match back from a lengthy absence.
A 10-man tag team match saw Adam Copeland, Christian Cage, Orange Cassidy, and The Young Bucks defeat FTR, Tommaso Ciampa, and The Dogs, with the match serving as part of the Double or Nothing build.
AEW revealed the 2026 Owen Hart Foundation Tournament brackets. The men's first round: Will Ospreay vs. Samoa Joe, Swerve Strickland vs. Bandido, Mark Davis vs. Jack Perry, Claudio Castagnoli vs. Brody King. The women's first round: Willow Nightingale vs. Alex Windsor, Mina Shirakawa vs. Athena, Skye Blue vs. Sareee, Persephone vs. Hazuki. Ospreay vs. Joe, Strickland vs. Bandido, and Nightingale vs. Windsor all take place at Double or Nothing on May 24. The finals are set for AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door on June 28, with winners earning title shots at All In: London in August.

Hair vs. Title gives the match real stakes on both sides, and the post-match angle with Knight suggests the TNT title picture is about to intersect with the main event scene.
